Thanks to our landscapes with mountains and hills and plains where nature is growing, cow farms are thriving as well and local farmers can produce the ebst assortments of cheese. Handmade and artisanal cheeses are a staple in Romanian cuisine and you can have a cheese tasting experience, paired with wine, or even participate in the production process in a special workshop. Of course the other products are not to be missed: fresh milk, fresh churned butter, sour cream.
