Starting the weekend in Tulcea; take the boat on Sulina canal. Crossing Sulina canal, Iulia canal, Sontea canal arriving in Mila 23 village. Visit the village and enjoy sunset on Ligheanca lake.
Lunch on board, dinner and accommodation in a local guesthouse in Mila 23 fisherman village, in the heart of the Danube Delta.
Starting our trip today from Mila 23 village; we will visit a very nice monastery, Stipoc, situated in the middle of the reed area. After the visit, we will continue the day enjoying a trip in the wild places where we will be able to watch various birds. Lunch on board, dinner and accommodation in Mila 23 village.
After breakfast, we will return to Tulcea via Sontea, Olgutza, Sireasa, Mila 35 canals.
Of course, a short break for coffee on Furtuna lake will be great. And for birds... full day for herons, swans, pelicans, egrets, white tailed eagle and many more. Lunch on board, including very tasty Romanian wine. End of the tour.
