If you have already been to Bucharest, Brasov should be the next city on your list! The advantage is that you can reach it quite fast, after a 3 hour drive up north. After you will pass the mountain gates on Prahova Valley, Brasov city's landscape will unravel and you will fall in love with it. It's that kind of quiet town with a medieval feel to it which mesmerizes tourists.
There are plenty of things to do inside the city of Brasov and also outside of it, so make sure you explore a lot! Short hike routes, fortresses and churches, cobbled streets full or restaurants and bars, you name it. A city break here is bound to be full of awesome experiences!

The tour starts with your pick-up from Bucharest airport or city center with the private car and the guide, which will take you to the mountainside, where the famous Peles and Bran Castles are waiting; these places are not to be missed and they are right along the way! You can take a breath of fresh air and enrich your knowledge with a little bit of history, before arriving in Brasov for the night. You can have an evening stroll in the city to discover the best restaurants out there with the most delicious Romanian food. You will be accommodated in a centrally located hotel.
As we have already entered Transylvanian realms, it would be a pity not to discover more!
For today, you can take a day trip to the famous Sighisoara medieval citadel, which is 2 hours away. You will have enough time to discover this UNESCO site and also have lunch there. You can even stop by Viscri village as you return, another UNESCO gem (highlights: the fortified church, the King Charles House, the horse-drawn carriage ride!).
Return to Brasov at night at the same hotel.

Full day to discover the history of Brasov city, seeing the most important objectives, and other opportunities include: ride uphill to the "Brasov" sign and the Panoramic restaurant (or even a hike uphill if you feel sporty enough), trip to Poiana Brasov resort nearby.
Depart in the evening back to Bucharest. End of tour.
